No Pets
Pets are not permitted at the property. For guests travelling with dogs, Tara Kennels nearby is a recommended option.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
Guest Capacity
A maximum of 12 guests are permitted to stay on the property.

No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted

Directions
Full directions to Jack’s Meadow will be shared after booking. The house is located just outside Ashbourne with straightforward access from Dublin, the M3, and nearby wedding venues.
Check-In
Check-in details and access information will be provided ahead of your arrival so everything is simple and seamless. If you need flexibility with arrival times, just let us know in advance.
Essentials
Supermarkets, cafés, and local shops are all within a short drive in Ashbourne, making it easy to pick up groceries or anything you need before settling in for your stay.
Getting Around
Taxi services and local transport are available in the area, and Dublin Airport and the city centre are both within comfortable reach.

SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED
To ensure our property is maintained to a high standard for all guests, a refundable security deposit of €350 is required for each reservation.
The security deposit is not a fee and will be fully refunded after check-out, provided that:

No damage has occurred to the property, furnishings, fixtures, or contents.

No items are missing from the property.

The property is left in a reasonable state of cleanliness.

House rules have been followed.

No unauthorized guests, parties, events, or pets have been brought onto the property.

No smoking or prohibited activities have taken place on the premises.
Inspection and Refunds
The property will be inspected following departure. If no issues are identified, the security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of check-out using the original payment method where possible.
